JCW Jordan has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in painting from Alfred University, Alfred, New York.  She has worked as an artist and industrial designer for various manufacturers since 1987.  She has worked with wildlife rehabilitation groups having rescued various abandoned baby animals including wood ducks and screech owls.  She also works with various canine rescue groups and donates a portion of her proceeds from her artwork to boxer rescue.  She has had various pets including horses, dogs, cats, mice and currently enjoys the company of her three boxer dogs.
